How do I find my correct size?
What if I'm between two sizes?
Always size up when you’re between sizes. Lingerie and nightwear that is slightly larger is far more comfortable and flattering than a piece that is too tight. Our exchange policy means you can swap if the first size doesn’t work perfectly.
Do you cater to plus sizes?
Yes. Angelicez carries sizes from XS to 4XL. Our Plus Size collection is crafted with the same care and premium quality as our standard sizes — never as an afterthought.
Can I get personal size advice?

Ordering & Payment We accept U
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, RuPay), Net Banking, and EMI on select cards. We recommend prepaid orders for faster processing. COD is available in select pin codes.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
COD is available in select pin codes for a ₹40 handling fee. We recommend prepaid — it’s faster to process and ship. You also avoid the risk of missed delivery with prepaid orders.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placing them. After that, the order enters our fulfilment process and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp (+91 9211467891) if you need to make a change.
Is your website and payment secure?
Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption (HTTPS) and all payments are processed through PCI-DSS certified payment gateways. Your card or payment details are never stored on our servers.
Shipping & Delivery
What is the shipping cost?
Free shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat fee of ₹79 applies. Pro tip: adding a second item to your cart often brings your total above the free shipping threshold!
How long does delivery take?
Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune): 3–4 business days. Tier 2 cities: 4–5 days. Tier 3 cities and remote areas: 5–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking details by SMS and email.
Do you ship pan-India?
Yes, we deliver to all pin codes across India — metro, Tier 2, Tier 3 cities, and rural areas. We use Delhivery and Shiprocket for reliable nationwide delivery.
How will the package look from outside?
100% discreet. The package is a plain brown box with no brand name, logo, or product description on the outside. The sender name on the package is “ANZ Commerce” — not Angelicez. Your payment statement will also show a discreet name.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an SMS and email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment. You can also WhatsApp us your order ID for a status update.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene standards applicable to intimate wear, we do not accept returns. However, we offer a 7-day size exchange policy. If you ordered the wrong size, we’ll exchange it for the correct one — no fuss.
How do I initiate an exchange?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp (+91 9211467891) or email (info@angelicez.com). Share your order number and the size you need. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. We’ll arrange the exchange pickup and delivery.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We’re very sorry if this happens. Contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost and arrange pickup of the incorrect/damaged item. We take full responsibility for any fulfilment errors.
Gifting
I don't know her size — can I still order a gift?

Can the gift be delivered directly to her address?

We use premium lace, satin, silk-blend, mesh, and breathable cotton fabrics — selected specifically for Indian climate conditions. All fabrics are skin-tested and free from harsh chemicals. Each product page specifies the exact fabric composition.
How do I care for my Angelicez lingerie?
Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or dry in direct sunlight. For lace pieces, place in a mesh laundry bag if machine washing on a delicate cycle. Lay flat to dry. Store folded, not hung, to maintain shape.
Are Angelicez products true to size?
